Delivery
After you order, we call to confirm your details. The order is then delivered to the address you gave, usually within 1–3 working days.
You pay the delivery agent when the order is in your hands.
Guarantees
Each product page states its guarantee. Guarantees cover manufacturing defects only, not normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or unauthorised repairs or modifications.
To use a guarantee, call or WhatsApp us with your order reference and a description or photo of the fault.
