The fastest way to reach us is a call or a WhatsApp message. Tell us the product you ordered and the name on the order.

About an order

If you have placed an order, keep your phone on: we call to confirm it before it is sent.

Your order reference is on the thank-you page (it starts with BM-). Have it ready if you message us.

Write to [email protected] for anything that is not urgent. For an order on its way, a call or WhatsApp message is faster.
